Determination of Copper in Silicone Rubber Implants by Dispersive Liquid-liquid Microextraction and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要

Abstract

The paper used the microwave digestion technology for the digestion of silicone rubber implants,used the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)method for separation and enrichment of trace copper in the digestion solution,and used the atomic absorption spectrophotometry method for determining the content of Cu element in silicone rubber implants.Ammonium diethyldithiocarbamate(DDTC)was used as the chelating agent.A series of influence factors relevant to the microextraction efficiency including the type and volume of extractant and disperser,the concentration of chelating reagents,pH and the content of DDTC were optimized.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the mass concentration of the Cu element was liner in the range of 0~20 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9993,the detection limits were 0.071 μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 2.35%(n=6),and the adding standard recovery ratio were 97.80%,which were satisfactory.
