Abstract
With the vigorous development of the ornamental stone industry,a large number of ornamental stone appraisal institutions have emerged.As a third-party professional evaluation institution engaged in the appraisal of ornamental stones,how to determine the standards for fee collection of appraisal services when undertaking appraisal service tasks is currently an important bottleneck that hinders the development of ornamental stone appraisal institutions.In order to solve this practical problem,based on the research on numerous stone appreciation and evaluation institutions,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis on a large number of evaluation service cases,carried out a systematic study on the fee collection system of ornamental stone appreciation and evaluation institutions,constructs a fee collection system for ornamental stone appreciation and evaluation services,and sets benchmark prices for different types of ornamental stone appreciation and evaluation services.It determines the comprehensive adjustment coefficient through regional adjustment coefficient,distance adjustment coefficient,evaluation quantity adjustment coefficient,and evaluation type adjustment coefficient.Based on the benchmark price and with the comprehensive adjustment coefficient as the adjustment parameter,it calculates the final fee for the ornamental stone appraisal service.The research results will contribute to the orderly development of ornamental stone appraisal services by ornamental stone appraisal institutions,providing standardized,specialized,and standardized solutions for the development of the entire ornamental stone appraisal industry.关键词
