身痛逐瘀汤配合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with warm acupuncture in treating pain caused by lumbar disc herniation of the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed and treated at Sanmenxia Central Hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group,all receiving routine treatment.The control group received warm acupuncture,while the observation group received Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in addition to warm acupuncture.After one month of treatment,changes in the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbar scores,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and neuropeptide Y(NPY)levels were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between groups in terms of indicators and scores(P＞0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower ODI and VAS scores compared to the control group.The JOA scores in the observation group increased significantly and were higher than those in the control group.Post-treatment IL-1β and NPY levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with warm acupuncture is beneficial in reducing the pain severity in patients with lumbar disc herniation and further improves lumbar function.关键词
