摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Methylcobalamin tablets in patients after cubital tunnel syndrome surgery.Methods This study retrospectively analyzed 95 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome admitted to Sanmenxia Central Hospital from November 2022 to December 2023,all of whom underwent cubital tunnel enlargement surgery.According to their treatment methods,patients were divided into a control group(47 cases,treated with Methylcobalamin tablets)and a study group(48 cases,treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Methylcobalamin).The Disability of Arm,Shoulder and Hand(DASH)scores,finger function scores,ulnar nerve conduction velocity,and serological indicator levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the DASH scores decreased compared to pre-treatment in both groups,with lower scores in the study group compared to the control group,and finger function scores increased,with higher scores in the study group.All differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The conduction velocity and amplitude increased in both groups compared to before treatment,with higher values in the study group,while the latency decreased,with lower values in the study group,showing statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and Present Pain Intensity(PPI)scores decreased in both groups,with lower scores in the study group,showing statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Post-treatment,serum inflammatory factor levels decreased in both groups,with lower levels in the study group,while nerve growth factor(NGF)levels increased,with higher levels in the study group,and all differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In patients with cubital tunnel syndrome after surgery,the use of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Methylcobalamin can improve upper limb function,enhance ulnar nerve conduction velocity,reduce inflammatory responses,and promote nerve repair and regeneration.关键词
