摘要
Abstract
The manufacturing and assembly of complex aircraft equipment is a huge systematic project,and aircraft final assembly is the main stage of the formation of the key performance of aircraft equipment.However,the aircraft final assembly stage mainly relies on manual operations by employees.High-quality products require extremely high quality awareness of employees,so it is particularly important to create a high-standard and high-quality atmosphere of final assembly.This paper expounds on the construction of the quality culture of aircraft final assembly.Aiming at zero defect and based on ensuring equipment compliance,it builds the quality culture from aspects such as the quality awareness of all employees,the quality management behaviors of teams,the quality behaviors of individual employees,and the quality standards for high-quality products.It provides a reference for enhancing employees'quality awareness,improving the quality level of aircraft final assembly and the supply of high-quality products.关键词
