摘要
Abstract
During the manufacturing process of the 115RE rail series welded high manganese steel frog,the process quality control and process capability research were carried out for the quality characteristic value of the end height of the frog legs.Through the drawing and application of the(X)-R control chart,the process performance index Ppk and process capability index Cpk were calculated.By means of 5M1E identification and analysis,the particularly unfavorable special factors in the production process were improved.The initial steady state and the final steady state after improvement of the process quality in the manufacturing process were determined,ensuring that the manufacturing process of the 115RE rail series welded high manganese steel frog meets the requirements of process quality control.关键词
