摘要

Abstract

As an important legume vegetable,cowpea occupies an important position in agricultural production.With the continuous improvement of consumers'requirements for food safety and quality,as well as the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,cowpea production mode is facing transformation and upgrading.Focusing on the standardized production of green food cowpea,this paper summarizes the production environment,variety selection,sowing,cultivation management,fertilizer and water management,pest control,harvesting,packaging,storage and traceability of cowpea,which can provide technical guidance for the standardized production of green food cowpea in Jiande city.
