Abstract
Standardization work has taken an important position in economic development,with guiding and strategic significance.Standardized talent cultivation is an important way to assist laboratory management and maintain the level of inspection and testing.This article analyzes the possible problems in food inspection and testing work,proposes suggestions for the links that are prone to problems,and provides important references for new inspection personnel to adapt to the environment as soon as possible and produce accurate data.关键词
