农产品质量安全检测实验室质量控制方法优化探析
Analysis on Optimization of Quality Control Methods for Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Testing Laboratories

Abstract
With the ongoing deepening of the concept of a healthy lifestyle,public awareness regarding food safety has significantly increased.Consequently,agricultural product safety has emerged as a focal point of societal concern.Throughout the production,processing,and distribution stages of agricultural products,numerous latent quality and safety hazards exist,including pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,heavy metal contamination,and microbial pollution.As a critical component of quality control,the accuracy and reliability of testing conducted in agricultural product quality and safety laboratories are essential for effective supervision over these products'quality and safety.Based on the status of the quality control of agricultural product quality and safety testing laboratories,this paper summarizes the importance of the quality control of agricultural product testing laboratories and the key factors that influence the quality management of agricultural product quality and safety testing laboratories.Furthermore,this paper proposes optimization methods for quality control in agricultural product quality and safety testing laboratories to ensure the accuracy of specifications and results of agricultural product safety testing and safeguard food safety.关键词
