Abstract

By analyzing the food safety sampling results of 1793 batches of fruits in Jining city from 2022 to 2023,the dietary intake risk was assessed.72 batches of unqualified fruits were detected and the overall unqualified rate was 4.02%.A total of 83 items of 14 pesticides were detected in 7 fruits,including mango,banana,melon,pear,orange,citrus and peach,and no unqualified samples were detected in other fruits.Banana,mango and other tropical and subtropical fruits were the most unqualified,especially the neonicotinoids represented by imidacloprid,thiamethoxam and thiamethoxam exceeded the standard seriously,accounting for 54.21%(45/83).The results of dietary risk assessment showed that the dietary risk of single pesticide residues was low,but the combined exposure risk of pesticide residues in citrus was high,and the HI value was 24.59%.The situation of pesticide residues in fruits sold in Jining city is prominent,and the out-of-range/illegal use of pesticides such as thiamethoxam,thiamethoxam,xomethoate and carbovir is the main problem affecting the safety of fruit consumption.
