Abstract
Electronic tongue is a kind of detection technology that simulates the taste mechanism of human body,identifies and measures different tastes through sensors,and displays the measured results in digital form.The purpose of this study was to compare the results of artificial taste evaluation and electronic tongue detection of drugs,and explore the feasibility of the application of electronic tongue technology in drug flavor testing.关键词
