Abstract
This paper discusses the influence of key test points on humidification output value of humidifier,and analyzes the test result.According to YY 9706.274-2022[1],it analyzes the test elements affecting the humidification output,such as the temperature of the input gas(T1)and the ambient humidity(RHamb),obtains the humidification output value through testing,analyzes the influence of the changes of various factors on the humidification output value,and investigates the stability of the humidification output by testing the continuous operation time of the humidifier.The results show that if the temperature of the input gas changes with the ambient temperature,the correction factor of the humidification output(aH(T1))will also rise with the increase of temperature;The influence factor(aH(T1))will increases with the increasing ambient humidity;the humidifier runs for a long period of time,and the value of the humidification output will fluctuate but the overall change is not significant and is within the range of compliance with the requirements.This paper describes and tests the key points of the humidifier humidification output,which plays a certain guiding role in the test operation of the humidifier humidification output,and can provide technical support for manufacturers or testing institutions in the test.关键词
