摘要
Abstract
As an effective way to improve the teaching quality of drama,film and television literature in private universities,standardization plays a positive role in teaching process,resource allocation,teaching innovation and evaluation system.However,in the process of implementation,it also faces some problems,such as the balance between standardization and individuation,the uneven allocation of teaching resources and facilities,the lag of standardization construction of teaching staff and the lack of perfection of teaching management and evaluation.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies to solve the existing problems and further stimulate the creativity of teachers and students.This study not only helps private universities to stimulate the vitality of teaching and cultivate more high-quality drama,film and television literature talents who meet the market demand and have innovation ability,but also provides practical experience and theoretical support with reference significance for the education reform of similar majors.关键词
