标准化视域下高职院校毕业生就业指导服务研究
Research on Employment Guidance Service for Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges from Standardization Perspective
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy,the competition in the job market becomes more and more fierce.How to effectively improve the employment competitiveness of graduates in higher vocational colleges has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the common problems of employment guidance work,and focuses on higher vocational colleges to deeply discuss the optimization strategy of employment guidance work based on standardization,including carrying out standardized employment guidance and promoting standardized employment mode,which is expected that the research content can bring some inspiration for relevant teaching personnel.关键词
