Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction in a standardized emergency chest pain center.Methods:Patients before the establishment of standardized emergency chest pain center(from February 2019 to June 2020)were selected as the control group,and patients after the establishment of standardized chest pain center(from July 2020 to March 2022)were included in the observation group.All the included patients were acute myocardial infarction.The treatment time,medication and examination time,extraction report time,and emergency stay time in the two groups were retrospectively compared.The success rate of rescue and treatment quality score of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the treatment time,medication and testing time,extraction report time and emergency stay time of the observation group were shorter,P<0.05;the rescue quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the rescue success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:After the establishment of a standardized emergency chest pain center,the treatment success rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction is improved,the time of various operations is shortened,and the treatment quality is significantly improved.The standardized emergency chest pain center is of great significance to the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction.关键词
