围产期奶牛低血钙症发病机制及调控措施研究进展
Research Progress on the Pathogenesis and Regulatory Measures of Hypocalcemia in Perinatal Cows
摘要
Abstract
Hypocalcemia,a prevalent macromineral metabolic disorder in dairy cows during the periparturient period,arises primarily due to the failure to promptly and suffciently replenish calcium losses around calving,thereby disrupting calcium homeostasis.This imbalance leads to a severe decline in serum calcium levels,adversely affecting feed intake,health during gestation and lactation,reproductive performance,and gastrointestinal function,ultimately increasing culling rates.This review synthesizes current knowledge on the pathogenesis of hypocalcemia,identifies key predisposing factors,and evaluates its multifaceted impacts on dairy production and animal welfare.Furthermore,evidence-based strategies for mitigating hypocalcemia are proposed,offering theoretical foundations and practical guidelines to enhance calcium management in transition dairy cows.关键词
