Observation of the Effect of Aspirin Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Standardized Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of aspirin combined with dydrogesterone in the standardized treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to China Nuclear 404th Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took dydrogesterone according to the doctor's advice,and the study group received standardized treatment with aspirin combined with dydrogesterone.The efficacy,adverse reactions and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with desdrogesterone is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),with less adverse reactions,which can promote the level of sex hormone to return to normal level.关键词
