Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in emergency treatment of hypertension vertigo.Methods:Sixty patients with emergency hypertension vertigo admitted to the Emergency Department of Zhouqu County People's Hospital,Gannan Prefecture,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets,while the study group was treated with Losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with Tianma Guteng drink.Blood pressure control level,TCM syndrome score and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the blood pressure index of the two groups was compared,P>0.05;After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment with loxar,the scores of TCM syndrome such as dizziness,dizziness,nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,asthenic heat and spontaneous sweating were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions of the study group and the control group were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:For patients with emergency hypertensive vertigo,the standardized treatment regimen of Tanpotassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets plus Gastroma Guteng Yin can help to control the blood pressure of the patients and reduce the TCM syndrome score of the patients.Besides,compared with the single Western medicine treatment,the combined drug does not increase serious complications,so it has a higher use safety and can meet the needs of patients in emergency treatment,and it is recommended to popularize and implement.关键词
