Single-cell Transcriptome Sequencing Technology and Its Application in Pig Production
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of sequencing technology and the greatly reduced of sequencing costs,single-cell RNA-sequencing technology has been widely used in studies of disease immunity,reproductive breeding,skeletal muscle development and fat deposition in pig production.Single-cell RNA-sequencing is a new technology for high-throughput sequencing and analysis of RNA at the single-cell level,which can resolve the inter-cell heterogeneity more comprehensively and clearly.In this paper,we briefly introduce the principle,detection and analysis methods of this technology and review its applications in pig production with the aim of providing a reference for the basic research of pig genetics.关键词
