Application of Intravenous Continuous Pumping of Tirofiban in Standard Stent-Assisted Intracranial Aneurysm Embolization

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous continuous pumping of tirofiban combined with standard stent implantation in patients with intracranial aneurysm.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2024,80 patients with intracranial aneurysm who underwent standard stent implantation in Shandong Shanxian Dongda Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiplatelet drugs,and the observation group was treated with tirofiban based on the control group.Immediate embolization effect,coagulation function,perioperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the immediate embolization effect,PLT and APTT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of perioperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous continuous pumping of Tirofiban combined with standard stent implantation has a good effect in patients with intracranial aneurysm,which can improve the coagulation function of patients and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications and postoperative adverse reactions.关键词
