摘要

Abstract

Ferulic acid esterase(FAE)is a subclass of carboxylate hydrolases,which plays a key role in the release and utilization of plant cell walls.Its mechanism is to increase the accessibility of hemicellulase attack,release ferulic acid and other aromatic acids,and improve the digestibility of nutrients by changing the physical properties of plant cell walls.Studying the mechanism of FAE promoting fiber degradation and its interaction with non-starch polysaccharide enzyme has a positive effect on improving the utilization rate of unconventional feed.In this paper,the source and classification of fungal FAE are summarized,and the application of FAE in microbial fermented feed and its effect in production are emphatically introduced,in order to provide reference for the application of ferulic acid esterase in feed industry.
