Research Progress on Physiological Functions of Laurate Ester and Its Applications in Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
As a new green feed additive,laurate has received widespread attention for its broad spectrum antibacterial effect and biological functions such as antiviral.Laurate has also been shown to improve intestinal health,growth performance and immunity,which may provide ideas for the production of high-quality animal products.This paper reviews the biological functions of laurate and its research progress in poultry production,aiming to provide some theoretical basis for laurate in poultry farming.关键词
