摘要
Abstract
The application of SNP genotyping arrays in genetic breeding of goats has made significant progress.SNP genotyping arrays enable high-throughput and effcient identification and analysis of genetic variations in individual goats or populations,providing powerful tools for genetic improvement in goats.Through SNP genotyping arrays,rapid screening of genetic markers associated with production traits,quality,and health can be performed,guiding the selection of superior breeds and improving specific goat characteristics.Additionally,SNP genotyping arrays allow for the assessment of genetic structure and diversity within goat populations,providing valuable information for population conservation and management.The application of SNP genotyping arrays in goat genetic breeding holds great promise.Therefore,this review summarizes the current status of SNP genotyping array applications in genomic selection,genetic linkage mapping,pedigree identification,and population genetic studies in goat breeding,providing scientific theoretical support for the practical application of SNP chips in goat genetic breeding.关键词
