Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized health education model on the lifestyle of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in Hekou Town Health Center of Xigu District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province from January 2021 to July 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The experimental group received one year of standardized health education interventions,including regular health lectures,personalized diet advice,exercise guidance,and psychological support,while the control group received only conventional care interventions.Results:Alcohol intake decreased by 25%in the experimental group and 10%in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nutrient intake,50%of patients in the experimental group began to follow a high-fiber,low-fat diet pattern,compared with 20%in the control group(P<0.05).The results of liver function test showed that the ALT level in the experimental group was decreased by 10 IU/L on average,and that in the control group was decreased by 3 IU/L(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized health education model can significantly promote chronic hepatitis B patients to adopt a healthier lifestyle,and it is recommended to promote clinical use.关键词
