摘要
Abstract
N6-methyladenosine(m6A)methylation modulates RNA functions through regulating various mechanisms such as splicing,stability,translocation,and translation.Reversible m6A modifications can also regulate the expression and function of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),thereby influencing tumor cell proliferation,migration,and apoptosis,and plays an important role in the development of tumors.This article explores the regulatory effects of m6A methylation on lncRNAs and its mechanisms and impacts on the progression of malignant tumors.关键词
