Research Progress on Nutritional Regulation of Testosterone Synthesis in Breeder Roosters

Abstract
Testosterone is a type of gonadal steroid hormone,mainly synthesized and secreted by testicular interstitial cells.It plays a crucial role in maintaining fertility,growth and development,and substance metabolism in breeding roosters.In recent years,studies have shown that testosterone synthesis in breeding roosters can be regulated by nutrient active substances.However,further analysis is needed on how testosterone synthesis responds to the regulation of different nutritional active substances and the underlying molecular mechanisms.On the basis of establishing the correlation between nutritional active substances and testosterone synthesis in breeding roosters,further analyzing the specific physiological mechanisms of their regulation of testosterone synthesis is of great significance for developing corresponding precise nutritional regulation strategies.This article reviews the relevant nutritional active substances that regulate testosterone synthesis and their molecular mechanisms,providing theoretical reference for precise nutritional regulation of testosterone synthesis in breeding livestock and poultry.关键词
