Research Progress on Nondestructive Evaluation of Meat Quality Based on Hyperspectral Imaging Technology
摘要
Abstract
It is important to improve feed effciency and select fine breeds of livestock that a large amount of high-quality meat quality data was collected in livestock production.The conventional meat quality analysis methods were destructive,time-consuming and high cost,which couldn't meet the needs of modern animal husbandry development.Hyperspectral imaging(HSI)were combined spectroscopy and imaging techniques,which could display simultaneously the spectral and spatial information of the scanned object,thereby obtaining the external and internal quality characteristics of the sample.Additionally,HSI technology could scan quickly meat products without damage.It had gradually become a hotspot of research and application in recent years.This review article described the basic principles,modeling process and key steps of hyperspectral imaging,its state of study on meat quality analysis,aiming to provide some references for non-destructive,high-throughput evaluation of meat quality traits in animals.关键词
