某院2 092份药品不良反应报告回顾性分析
A Retrospective Analysis of 2 092 Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in a Hospital

Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in a hospital,and to provide a reference for rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 2 092 ADR reports in the national ADR monitoring system reported by the Linshui County People's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2023.Statistical analysis was conducted on the patients'gender,age,types of drugs involved,administration routes,involved systems/organs,severity grading of ADRs,and outcomes.Results Among 2 092 ADR reports,2 092 patients were involved,including 1 052 males(50.29%)and 1 040 females(49.71%);287 cases(13.72%)were≤18 years old,and the incidence of ADR was higher in patients aged≥65(35.76%).Among the types of drugs involved,540 cases(25.81%)were treated with systemic anti-infective drugs,341 cases(16.30%)were treated with blood and hematopoietic system drugs,and 212 cases(10.13%)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.The main administration routes were intravenous infusion(68.59%)and oral administration(22.80%).ADRs mainly involved the skin and its appendages(38.34%)and digestive system(29.11%).There were 471 new ADRs(22.51%)and 187 severe ADRs(8.94%).A total of 2 076 cases(99.24%)had a good outcome,while three cases showed no improvement,twelve cases were unknown,and one case had sequelae.Conclusion The hospital needs to strengthen ADR monitoring and promote ADR-related knowledge to reduce the incidence of ADR,improve the quality of ADR reporting,and promote rational drug use.关键词
