中药大青叶研究热点与趋势的CiteSpace分析
Research Hotspots and Trends Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Isatidis Folium Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To summarize the research status and hotspots of the traditional Chinese medicine Isatidis Folium,and to provide a reference for its research and application.Methods Literature related to Isatidis Folium published in the CNKI database from January 1,2013 to November 1,2023 were searched,and the authors,research institutions,and keywords of the studies were analyzed by the CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software.Results A total of 234 studies were included,and the overall annual publication volume showed a downward trend.A total of 147 authors were involved,with Wu Liangfa and Yuan Mingming having the highest number of publications(seven studies).A total of 247 research institutions were involved,of which Jiangxi Institute for Drug Inspection and Testing·NMPA Key Laboratory for Quality Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine·Jiangxi Research Center for Quality Engineering and Technology of Drugs and Medical Devices had the largest number of publications.Currently,research on Isatidis Folium mainly focused on aspects such as Isatidis Folium,Isatidis Radix,indirubin,quality standards,chemical composition,content determination,and thin-layer chromatography,and the research hotspots were the extraction of chemical components and their pharmacological effects.Conclusion In recent years,the research hotspots of Isatidis Folium have gradually decreased.It is suggested to strengthen the research on the extraction process and pharmacological effects of the chemical components of Isatidis Folium,so as to provide a reference for improving the clinical efficacy of Isatidis Folium and innovating the research and development of Chinese patent drugs.关键词
