王肯堂《郁冈斋笔麈》学术思想与临证经验探析
Analysis of the academic thought and clinical experience of WANG Kentang's Miscellaneous Notes from Yugangzhai

Abstract
Miscellaneous Notes from Yugangzhai is a compilation of Ming dynasty medical doctor WANG Kentang's notes of miscellaneous feeling,the work of the book on medical academic discussion is particularly rich,including WANG Kentang's years of clinical experience more than 40 articles.This paper examines the medical theory section of Miscellaneous Notes from Yugangzhai,and finds that the medical theory section of this book does have many innovative ideas.Although WANG Kentang had learnt a lot from various medical schools,he had not fallen into any stereotypes,and had taken a pertinent view of LI Dongyuan and ZHU Danxi's theory of phasic fire;he had examined the evidence in detail,and had summarised and outlined five methods of treating illnesses,namely,'harmony''taking''cong''folding'and'belonging',on the basis of WANG Bing's law of treating heat and cold;be good at identifying the real and the imaginary,creatively proposed'tonifying the essence and avoiding coolness'and'seeking the kidney for qi disease';he was good at identifying the five elements,especially focusing on the use of the five elements as a means to reconcile the five organs,and proposed'tonifying the kidney for spleen deficiency'and'tonifying the spleen for liver';he was good at forming formulas and applying medicines with the method of reinforcing and reducing with the five flavours.The academic thinking and clinical experience embodied in Miscellaneous Notes from Yugangzhai are important references for the clinical practice of contemporary Chinese medicine.关键词
