炭类中药在《傅青主女科》中的应用探析
Discussion on the application of charred Chinese medicinal herbs in FU Qingzhu Nvke
摘要
Abstract
FU Qingzhu's unique application of charred Chinese medicinal herbs was not only limited to their conventional hemostatic effect.He selected charred Chinese medicinal herbs on the basis of disease and syndrome differentiation.This paper analyzed the characteristics of various charred Chinese medicinal herbs in FU Qingzhu Nvke,categorizing their functions into four types:hemostasis,tonification,blood stasis removal,and dispelling wind-evil,according to specific herb properties.The effect of hemostasis could be further divided into clearing heat pathogens to cool blood,nourishing liver blood,warming meridians to resolve stasis and guiding blood circulation back to meridians.The effect of dispelling wind-evil refers to the ability of charred Chinese medicinal herbs to enter the entrance of the blood circulation,thus eliminating wind-evil and dampness-evil.The article further summarized FU Qingzhu's medication characteristics and his academic thoughts.He attached importance to the selection of charred Chinese medicinal herbs through syndrome differentiation,and then treated gynecological diseases.Additionally,he was very cautious in the use of cold nature of charred Chinese medicinal herbs with the purpose of treating diseases related to childbirth,but when it came to devising treatments for very severe abnormal uterine bleeding,he would use these herbs appropriately to promote blood coagulation and achieve the purpose of hemostasis.At the same time,FU Qingzhu had flexible medication,which characterized by'one herb for multiple purposes'or'multiple herbs for one purpose'with dosages and decoction methods tailored to clinical presentations to achieve therapeutic effect.By discussing and analyzing the characteristics and ideas of FU Qingzhu's clinical application of charred Chinese medicinal herbs,it provided a certain reference for further inheriting his academic thoughts and promoting the accurate application of charred Chinese medicinal herbs in clinical practice.关键词
