Development of the hidden pathogen theory in Huangdi Neijing by famous TCM doctors in northeast China
摘要
Abstract
Famous TCM doctors in northeast China innovatively put forward the theories such as'innate latent pathogens of cold''latent pathogens ambushes floating collaterals'and'latent pathogens hide in the brain marrow'based on the hidden pathogen theory in Huangdi Neijing.They expanded the causes of hidden pathogens and propose that both external sensation and internal injury can produce that.They attached importance to hidden pathogens of cold and explained the occurrence of diseases such as coronary heart disease and gastritis,caused by it.It is proposed that the diseases caused by hidden pathogens are characterized by unseen symptoms,repeated difficulties in healing,and external triggers,and the influence of the site of hidden pathogens on the disease is clarified.In view of the characteristics that the external reach of the hidden pathogens are from deep to superficial,and the onset of hidden pathogens is based on health qi deficiency,they proposed the treatment principle of following the trend of penetration,supplementing the deficiency,invigorating the kidney,eliminating the hidden pathogens and strengthening vital qi.They pointed out that when pathogens are latent,the human body will have special manifestations,so careful clinical observation and timely treatment can stop the hidden pathogen from causing disease and prevent the occurrence of disease.关键词
