叶天士治疫病之气血证治抉微
Syndrome differentiation of YE Tianshi treating epidemic diseases from the perspective of qi-blood theory
摘要
Abstract
The theory of qi-blood is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory.In this paper,starting from the relationship between defense qi-Ying blood and qi-blood,we deeply analyzed and sorted out YE Tianshi's thought and prescription of treating diseases from the angle of qi-blood.We concluded that YE's theory of defense qi-construction blood takes qi-blood as the key line;he believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease always attributed to qi and blood,that is,absorption of foul turbidity,circulation of tri-jiao,unbalanced qi and blood,resulting in conglutination of blood and heat.In the treatment of epidemic diseases,regulating qi by aromatic herbs and clearing blood by salty and bitter herbs were the main therapeutic principle.And the main treatment methods were removing heat of upper-jiao and middle-jiao,clearing blood collaterals and opening-closed.The conclusion of this paper is expected to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases from the perspective of qi-blood theory.关键词
