耳念珠菌感染宿主的皮肤免疫学初步研究
Primary study on skin immunology of Candida auris infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences of immune responses caused by Candida auris and Candida albicans in mouse epidermal colonization and infection.Method To collect skin tissue of the host's back and examine the colony forming units(CFU)after epidermal infection of mice.The host's immune response to different fungi was detected at the transcriptional and cellular levels by using quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR)and flow cytometry.Results The number of CFU in the tissues of mice infected with Candida auris was higher than that of Candida albicans,the mRNA expression level of IL-17 was lower than that of the Candida albicans infection group,consistent with fewer related immune cells.Con-clusion The IL-17-related immune pathway and inflammatory response caused by Candida auris infection in the host are significantly weaker than those caused by Candida albicans,which is more conducive to its colonization on the host's skin and causing persistent infection.关键词
