Abstract
The 60Si2Mn hot-rolled coil purchased by a domestic automotive parts manufacturing plant has serious cracking problems during acid pickling,cold rolling,and cross cutting processes and cannot be used.A comprehensive analysis of the heating process,rolling process,factory decarburization layer data,annealing process,and post annealing decarburization layer data of 60Si2Mn spring steel shows that using full hydrogen annealing on hot-rolled raw coils(without acid washing)leads to severe decarburization and abnormal growth of surface ferrite grains on the surface of the strip steel.The surface decarburization layer and abnormally grown ferrite grains weaken the intergranular bonding force,and when the material bends and deforms,cracks occur along the surface grain boundaries,ultimately resulting in quenching failure and processing cracking of the steel plate.关键词
