全息刮痧联合大承气汤加减保留灌肠治疗恶性肠梗阻临床研究
Clinical Study of Holographic Scraping Combined with Modified Dachengqi Decoction Retention Enema in the Treatment of Malignant Intestinal Obstruction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of holographic scraping combined with modified Dachengqi Decoction retention enema in the treatment of malignant intestinal obstruction(MBO),and its effect on gastrointestinal function and serum levels of intestinal trefoil factor 3(ITF3)and high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1).Methods A total of 156 patients with MBO admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group by the random number table method,with 78 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given modified Dachengqi Decoction retention enema,on this basis,the patients in the combination group patients were given holographic scraping therapy.Both groups were treated for two consecutive courses of treatment with 7 d as one course of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the combination group was 91.03%,which was significantly higher than 78.21%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of various gastrointestinal functions,length of hospital stay,and serum HMGB1 level in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of various intestinal obstruction symptoms,KPS score,and serum ITF3 level in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions observed in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Holographic scraping combined with modified Dachengqi Decoction retention enema has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of MBO,which can improve the patients'gastrointestinal function,serum ITF3 and HMGB1 levels,and quality of life.关键词
