Abstract
In order to effectively control the open-air burning of crop straw,reduce the generation of smoke and dust pollutants,and win the battle against air pollution,county-level people's governments should designate areas where open-air burning of straw is prohibited and strengthen the comprehensive utilization of straw.In this context,the special plan for comprehensive utilization of straw in national land space has emerged.It is necessary to combine the current situation of straw comprehensive utilization in Hunan province,explore the optimization path of straw comprehensive utilization,formulate a special plan for straw comprehensive utilization of national land space,clarify the content of the special plan,and further promote the green,efficient,high-quality,high-value and large-scale utilization of straw.关键词
