Abstract
A case of pulmonary mucormycosis was successfully cured by local precise infusion of amphotericin B through e-lectronic bronchoscope.On the basis of the history of diabetes,the patient developed symptoms such as fever and chest pain.The imaging findings showed that the new high-density shadow in the left upper lung was accompanied by cavitation and halo sign,and the second-generation gene sequencing confirmed that it was Rhizopus oryzae infection.Amphotericin B injection was injected into the lesion site of the left upper lobe by electronic bronchoscope for 8 times,and pulmonary mucormycosis was successfully cured.关键词
