摘要
Abstract
A case of sporotrichosis with black-red dots sign under dermatoscopy was reported.The patient,a 41-year-old male,visited the hospital due to"patches and scales on the back of the right hand for 3 years".Dermatoscopy showed black-red dots sign,and pathological examination indicated infectious granuloma.Combined with fungal culture,the diagnosis was sporotrichosis.The patient was given oral itraconazole capsules 200 mg,once daily.After 2 weeks of treatment,the condi-tion improved at follow-up.关键词
