外伤致掌指关节损伤合并曲霉感染1例
A case of traumatic metacarpophalangeal joint injury combined with Aspergillus infection
摘要
Abstract
A 45-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital due to a traumatic injury.He underwent"debridement of the right hand+open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)of the fracture+exploration and anastomosis of tendons and blood vessels+vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)(with amputation prepared)"and"right hand wound expansion+free left anterolateral thigh flap transplantation to repair the right hand defect+right forearm vein graft to repair the right sec-ond common digital artery+repair of the right index finger flexor tendon+bone cement filling".The results of wound se-cretion culture revealed Aspergillus infection.After treatment with subcutaneous injection of dalteparin sodium(5000 IU,once daily)and oral fluconazole tablets(100 mg,once daily),the wound healed well.Finally,the patient was discharged and under follow-up monitoring.关键词
