Abstract
Objective To investigate the pharmaceutical monitoring role of clinical pharmacists in antithrombotic therapy for patients with coronary embolism(CE)and atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the antithrombotic treatment process of a patient with CE and AF,reviewed literature and analyzed the patient,assisted the physician in formulating acute and stable antithrombotic treatment plans,and provided pharmaceutical care.Results The patients were given triple antithrombotic therapy in the acute stage of CE and dabigatran etexilate anticoagulant therapy in the stable condition to prevent embolization events,and no bleeding occurred.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in antithrombotic therapy for CE patients with AF can improve their medication compliance,help prevent thromboembolism,and reduce the occurrence of severe bleeding events.关键词
