彭清华治疗干眼常用药对经验总结
PENG Qinghua's Experience in the Treatment of Dry Eye Using Common Drug Pairs
摘要
Abstract
Based on inheriting previous experiences and summarizing ophthalmic clinical practices,PENG Qinghua proposed multiple Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment theories in ophthalmology,filling the gaps in the progress of TCM diagnosis and treatment of clinical ophthalmic diseases.His treatment methods have also been gradually promoted in ophthalmic clinical practice.He specializes in treating dry eye disease(DED)from the perspective of liver dysfunction,adhering to the principles of clearing liver and resolving depression,soothing liver and releasing heat,and replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin in clinical treatment.He is adept at using ancient prescriptions and particularly favors using drug pairs.This article summarizes four commonly used drug pairs in PENG Qinghua's clinical diagnosis and treatment of DED,namely,Lycium barbarum combined with Chrysanthemum morifolium,Buddleja officinalis combined with Equisetum hyemale,Bupleurum chinense combined with Gardenia jasminoides,and Rehmannia glutinosa combined with Cornus officinalis,as well as his clinical experience in using these drug pairs.The aim is to provide new insights and references for the research and clinical treatment of DED with TCM drug pairs.关键词
