中草药相关肝损伤的研究热点及趋势分析
Research Hotspots and Trends of Herb-Induced Liver Injury
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To perform visualized analysis on research status of herbal-induced liver injury(HILI)based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer,and to explore the research hotspots and development trends.METHODS:Relevant literature included in the Web of Science Core Collection database from 2003 to 2023 was searched,statistical description and visualized analysis were performed on the publication trends,countries,institutions,authors,journals,references and keywords by using software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer.RESULTS:A total of 510 articles written by 2 649 authors from 742 institutions in 64 countries/regions were enrolled,including 1 162 keywords.The annual number of published articles related to HILI showed an increasing trend,and China ranked the 1st with a total of 261 articles.The Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China had a higher total number of published articles.Oxidative stress was a key research direction for the mechanism of HILI,and specific liver injury-inducing components such as pyrrolizidine alkaloids contained in Chinese herbs were the research hotspots.CONCLUSIONS:The action components and molecular mechanism of Chinese herbs related to liver injury are the current research hotspots,and teamwork should be strengthened in the future to deeply explore the pharmacological information of liver injury caused by Chinese herbs to prevent the occurrence of HILI.关键词
