7种化痰平喘中成药联合常规西药治疗儿童支气管哮喘的网状Meta分析
Network Meta-Analysis on 7 Kinds of Phlegm Elimination and Asthma Relief Chinese Patent Medicines Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of 7 commonly used phlegm elimination and asthma relief Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma(hereinafter referred to as"asthma")based on the network Meta-analysis.METHODS:Seven databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data and PubMed were retrieved to collect clinical randomized controlled trials of 7 commonly used phlegm elimination and asthma relief Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of children with asthma(the search period was from the establishment of the database to Sept.2024).The data were analyzed and graphically presented by using Stata 18.0 software.RESULTS:A total of 39 literature with 4 187 patients were included.Network Meta-analysis showed that in terms of improving the total clinical effective rate,the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA)was conventional Western medicine+Xiao'er Kechuanling granules>conventional Western medicine+Qingxuan Zhike granules>conventional Western medicine+Feilike mixture>conventional Western medicine+Xiao'er Feirekechuan granules>conventional Western medicine+Hanchuan Zupa granules>conventional Western medicine+Tanreqing injection>conventional Western medicine+Xiao'er Dingchuan oral liquid>conventional Western medicine;in terms of reducing recurrence rates,the order was conventional Western medicine+Xiao'er Dingchuan oral liquid>conventional Western medicine+Xiao'er Kechuanling granules>conventional Western medicine+Feilike mixture>conventional Western medicine+Tanreqing injection>conventional Western medicine+Hanchuan Zupa granules>conventional Western medicine.CONCLUSIONS:On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the combined application of the above 7 kinds of phlegm elimination and asthma relief Chinese patent medicines can improve the clinical efficacy of children with asthma,among which Xiao'er Kechuanling granules combined with conventional Western medicine has certain advantages in improving the clinical efficacy and reducing the recurrence rate.关键词
