西藏油菜地方种质资源遗传多样性综合分析与评价
Comprehensive Analysis and Evaluation of Genetic Diversity of Landrace Germplasm Resources of Brassica napus in Xizang
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the relationship between phenotypic traits of landrace germplasm resources Brassica napus in Xizang,excellent rapeseed germplasm resources in Xizang were identified and se-lected,and field experiments were conducted to collect Brassica napus germplasm resources from dif-ferent elevations in Xizang and 12 traits of 87 Brassica napus germplasm materials were analyzed by clustering and principal component methods.The results showed that the variation coefficients of 12 traits ranged from 14.02％to 58.25％.Four groups of Brassica napus were grouped by cluster analy-sis.ClassⅠ contained 83 germplasm resources,Class Ⅱ contained 2 germplasm resources,Class Ⅲcontained 1 germplasm resource and ClassⅣ contained 1 germplasm resource.Twenty comprehensive traits excellent landrace germplasm resources were selected by principal component analysis.关键词
