农用酵素对3种作物种子萌发的影响
Effects of Agricultural Jiaosu on Seed Germination of Three Crops

Abstract
To investigate the effects of agricultural Jiaosu on seed growth during germination,maize(Zea mays L.),rice(Oryza sativa L.),and Vigna radiata seeds were treated with varying dilution ratios of agricultural Jiaosu.The germination potential,physiological and biochemical characteristics of roots at the early germination stage,as well as the root phenotypes at the late germination stage,were assessed.Results indicated that low-dilution agricultural Jiaosu(JS-10)significantly reduced the germination potential of maize,rice,and Vigna radiata seeds,while higher dilution ratios exhibited a more pronounced promotion effect on seed germination.When it comes to physiological indicators de-termined,as the dilution ratio increased,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)showed a'double peak'trend of first increasing,then decreasing and then increasing.Treatment with JS-800,JS-400 and JS-100 significantly enhanced POD,SOD and CAT ac-tivities in rice and maize seeds respectively.Root phenotype data revealed that compared to the control(ck)treatment,JS-400 treatment significantly increased mean root diameter,root volume,root sur-face area,root projection area,and root tip number.JS-400 also significantly increased the root vol-ume of Vigna radiata seeds,promoting coarser root growth.JS-100 significantly increased the num-ber of Vigna radiata root tips,whereas JS-200 significantly enhanced the root length and root projec-tion area of maize.Studies demonstrated that low-dilution agricultural Jiaosu(JS-10,JS-50),which were rich in organic acids,induced acid stress on roots,inhibitted root growth and elevated antioxi-dant enzyme activity.Conversely,high-dilution agricultural Jiaou(JS-400,JS-800)alleviated acid stress,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity,prevented excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)ac-cumulation,and protected root tissues from environmental stress-induced damage.关键词
