抗病广适性花生新品种泉花557的选育及高产栽培技术研究

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of serious degradation and sharp decline of disease resistance of major Arachis hypogaea varieties cultivated in Fujian Province,resulting in reduced yield and bene-fits,intermediate material 0052-01 was used as the maternal parent and Yueyou13 was used as the pa-ternity parent.Sexual hybridization,genealogical breeding combined with multi-generation directional screening,and comprehensive investigation of product ratio test and regional test were conducted.Quanhua557,a new Arachis hypogaea variety with disease resistance,high yield,stable yield and wide adaptability,was selected and bred,and passed the national registration of non-major crop varie-ties in 2019,which was suitable for popularization and planting in Arachis hypogaea producing areas in southern China.Using Quanhua557 as experimental material,a split plot design was set for plant-ing density(D)under main treatment and fertilizer amount(F)under secondary treatment to study the effects of the split plot on yield and main agronomic traits.The optimal cultivation mode of Quan-hua557 was D4F4,that is,when the planting density was 19.8 cm away and the base fertilizer was 450.0 kg/hm2,the yield was the highest,reaching 4 467.0 kg/hm2.关键词
