Study on the Evaluation Method of High-level International TCM Talents Based on SWOT
摘要
Abstract
This article systematically sorted out the supporting policies,market demands and current evaluation systems of high-level international talents in China.Meanwhile,it conducted a systematic investigation into the current situation of the evaluation of high-level international talents in countries with good TCM development globally.SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the current situation of the existing evaluation system of high-level international TCM talents in China.The study pointed out that multi-dimensional innovation of talent cultivation structure,vigorously promoting the cultivation of international TCM talents,constructing a comprehensive and systematic evaluation system for international TCM talents,and guaranteeing the objectivity and fairness of evaluation in an all-round way,can effectively carry out the evaluation of high-level international talents,so as to further promote the internationalized development of TCM cause in China.关键词
