摘要
Abstract
Based on the 10 functional modules of TCM Data Mining System V1.0,TCM Data Mining System V2.0 adds functional modules such as text similarity comparison,PubMed title structuring,lexical annotation,entity and relationship annotation,as well as machine learning model building module for multi-classification and deep learning model building module for natural language processing,around data mining needs such as TCM data annotation,data transformation,machine learning modeling and training prediction.TCM Data Mining System V2.0 effectively solves the problems of text processing,information extraction,classification and prediction of TCM data mining,which can effectively improve the efficiency of TCM scientific research,data quality and enhance the automation level of TCM data processing.关键词
