基于数据挖掘探究袁金声治疗失眠用药规律
Study on the Medication Law of Yuan Jinsheng in the Treatment of Insomnia Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To summarize the medication law of Professor Yuan Jinsheng in the treatment of insomnia by data mining technology.Methods Professor Yuan's prescriptions for treating insomnia in Famous Doctor Hall of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2016 to September 30,2023 were collected.The frequency,properties,tastes,meridian tropism and efficacy categories of Chinese materia medica in the prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Association rule analysis,system clustering analysis,correlation analysis were used to conduct data mining on the prescriptions.Results A total of 433 prescriptions were included,involving 207 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Coptidis Rhizoma and Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb had the highest frequency.The main properties were neutral,cold and slightly cold,the main tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver,heart and spleen meridians.The efficacy classification of Chinese materia medica was mainly composed of sedative drugs,antipyretic drugs and tonic drugs.According to the analysis of association rules,121 association rules were obtained.The core prescription was Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Coptidis Rhizoma-Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb-Scutellariae Radix-Poria cum Radix.Seven types of TCM clusters were obtained by systematic cluster analysis.Correlation analysis showed that there were 9 groups of drug pairs with φ>0.6.Conclusion Professor Yuan Jinsheng thinks that insomnia patients are out of balance of yin and yang,and yang does not enter yin,and advocates that treating insomnia from"fiery heat",clearing away heat and purging fire and calming the heart and calming the nerves.关键词
